摘要
为了优化粗纱工艺,改善成纱质量,根据ASFA411A型粗纱机的技术特点,对该机型粗纱机进行了四因子、三水平的正交对比试验,得出了该机型的罗拉隔距、摇架压力、牵伸分配、钳口隔距、捻系数等工艺参数。实践证明采用这些优化参数后,成纱质量有所提高。
In order to optimize the process of roving and,improve the quality of yarn,according to the technical characteristics of ASFA411A Roving Frame ,the orthogonal test with four factors and three levels are carried out.The optimized parameters of roller gauge ,loading weight of pendulum arm ,draft times between 4rollers ,nipper gauge,twist factor are acquired.Yarn quality are improved by practice using these optimized parameters.
