In the transitional period of market competitcon .What kind of virtue should the teacher have?We must take it into consideration.It was given some new meanings.Fox example,the heathy psychology of seeking neither fame and fortune.the characteristic charm of personality.the devotion to his duty and the creative sense of hardworking.They pursue the giving devotion and creation in the whole life.
