摘要
目的了解江门市脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)口服活疫苗(OPV)质量及脊灰疫苗免疫效果。方法于2002—2004年在冷链各环节随机抽取脊灰疫苗进行效价测定,同时对基础免疫儿童进行了脊灰疫苗免疫成功率监测。结果OPV合格率为98.41%,平均效价为6.09半数组织感染计量(TCID)50/粒。基础免疫儿童免前脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率分别为48.28%、40.23%、34.62%,抗体几何平均滴度倒数(GMRT)分别为2.38、2.28、1.22;免疫后脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率均为100.00%,GMRT分别为366.86、361.91、158.42,脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型免疫成功率分别为100.00%、100.00%、97.70%。结论江门市脊灰免疫接种和冷链运作良好,儿童免疫成功率较高。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality and efficiency of poliomyelitis vaccine.METHODS Poliomyelitis vaccine was selected from every link of the cold chain system with random sampling method to test valence,and the objects vaccinated were selected randomly to investigate the immune success rate.RESULTS In 2002-2004,the qualified rate of valence of poliomyelitis vaccine was 98.41%,and the mean was 6.09 TCID50 per portion.Before immunization,type Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ positive rates were 48.28%?40.23%?34.62%,GMRT were 2.38?2.28?1.22;after immunization positive rates were all 100.00%,GMRT were 366.86?361.91?158.42;the immune success rate of type Ⅰ?Ⅱ?Ⅲ were 100.00%?100.00%?97.70%.CONCLUSIONS Both of the vaccination and the cold chain system in Jiangmen City work well,and the children have a high immune success rate.
