摘要
首先从系统的观点和人－机－环境综合协调的要求出发，建立起影响铁路行车安全诸因素间关系的解释结构模型，并确认了各种工效因素在其中的地位与作用。在此基础上，对影响车站值班员操作可靠性的工效因素进行评析。最后提出了改善铁路安全行车状况的建议。
Starting from systematic view and the requirement of comprehensive coordination of peoplemachine-environment,the paper sets up an illustrative structural model of the relationship among different factors influencing railway operation safety,and confirms the position and role of various factors of work efficiency.On this basis,the author evaluates the factors of work efficiency which influence the operation reliability of the person on duty at stations.Finally,the paper puts forward several suggestions on improving the situation of railway operation safety.
