摘要
采用液相多肽合成法,利用Boc/MBzl保护基系统,使用逐步缩合与片段缩合相结合的方法合成奥曲肽.关键中间体及最终化合物的结构经质谱得到确证.
This paper describes the solution-phase synthesis of Octreotide using Boc/MBzl protecting system,in which stepwise and fragment condensations are involved.The structures of the key intermediates and target molecular were confirmed by ESI-MS.
