摘要
湘鄂渝黔边区既是全国重点扶持和18个贫困区之一,又是拥有极其丰富旅游资源的"中华旅游第一走廊区",以旅游业促进经济发展是必然选择。本文以旅游基本部门为基准,以投入产出的关联性来分析旅游直接、间接和引致影响产业部门,再借助旅游卫星帐户,构筑旅游业对湘鄂渝黔边区经济发展贡献的指标体系,用以揭示湘鄂渝黔边区旅游业带动相关产业发展、旅游业对经济总量增长的贡献度和旅游业对地方财政和居民收支及就业贡献等方面的数量关系。
The XIANG,E,YU and QIAN Border Area is one of 18 poor districts specially supported by the whole country. This are is classified as 'the First Corridor of Traveling in China' and has abundant tourism resources. It is an natural choice to use the tourist industry to promote the local economy. The paper analyses the direct and indirect effects of tourism on industrial development. It then of its input-output relevance, It then draws support from the tourism satellite account to construct an indexing system to show the contribution of tourism to the local economy, development areas, industries as well as its contribution to the total economy. It also analyzes the quantitative relationship between the tourist industry's contribution and local finance, resident revenue and expenditure and local employment.
