摘要
当前,高校人文社会科学类学报(以下简称高校学报)学术质量存在着下降的趋势,主要表现在:刊发论文整体质量不高,许多论文缺乏一定的学术性;低水平重复现象严重;为评职晋级、为"任务而发表";人情稿、关系稿不断等影响了学报的学术质量。要想从根本上解决这一问题,应从学报的科学定位、作者培养和编辑建设三方面着手。
At moment many University Journals in social science suffer a tendency of decline in academic quality. Certain measures should be taken to solve this problem, such as to fix correctly the position and objective of a journal, to train the major groups of contributors and to improve the qualification editors.
