摘要
为了应对日益复杂多变的社会需求,提高组织整体管理效能,行政组织内部纷纷成立了各种各样的委员会。但在委员会的实际运作中,存在着跨部门冲突、领导关系复杂、工作效率不高等问题,发挥委员会的优势,需要在制度建设、组织文化、学习宣传上进行努力。
A variety of committees have been established in many administrative units to deal with complicated and changeable social requirements and to improve the effectiveness of organizational management. However, there are problems existing in real operation of committees, such as trans-department conflicts, complex leadership relations and working inefficiency, etc. Therefore,should be made efforts on instituting regulations and organizing cultural and studying propaganda in order to give full play to the advantages of committees.
