摘要
合成涂料一般都含有大量有机溶剂和有一定毒性的颜料、填料与助剂等物质 ,在涂料生产与使用中产生大量“三废” ,造成对环境的污染 ,影响了人类健康 .因此倡导保护环境、提高涂料性能成为 2 1世纪初涂料工业的主旋律 .“绿色”涂料的生产、应用和发展研究成为当前涂料研究业的主要课题 .UV固化涂料是以采用辐射固化技术为特征的环保节能型涂料 ;与传统涂料固化技术相比 ,辐射固化具有节能无污染、高效、适用于热敏基材、性能优异、采用设备小等优点 .辐射固化技术是一种快速发展的“绿色”新技术 .
Synthetic coating usually contains large quantities of organic solvent,pigment,stuffing and additive which have certain toxicity.A great deal of “the three wastes”are formed in the production and use of coating,which cause environmental pollution and endanger the health of human being.Therefore,advocating environmental protection and improving the coating properties have become the main melody of coating industry at the beginning of the 12 st century.The development,production and application of “green”coating has become the main research topic in the coating industry.Ultraviolet-curing coating is a sort of environmental protection and energy saving product characterized by adopting radiation-curing technique.Compared with the traditional curing technique,radiation-curing technique has the advantageous of energy saving,no pollution,high efficiency,suitable to thermal-sensitive matrix,high performance and simple production equipment,so it becomes a new “green” technique developing fast.
