摘要
采用程序升温还原(TPR)技术和原位X射线衍射(XRD)方法对含CuO催化剂的还原行为和晶相变化进行了详细研究。研究发现,CuO在还原过程中经历了CU2+→Cu2O→CU0两个阶段,并且在CuO中加ZnO、Al2O3后,提高了CuO的分散度,降低其还原阻力和表观反应活化能。
Temperature-programmed reduction(TPR) and XRD techniques have been used toexamine the reduction behavior and crystalphase changes of the catalysts containingCuO. There exist two stages for CuO in reducing process: Cu2+ → Cu2O → Cu0.When ZnO and/or Al2O3 is added, the dispersion degree of CuO is increased, and reductionimpedance and apparent reaction activation energy are decreased.
