摘要
根据活塞式压缩机环形阀片的工作特点,对阀片的热处理工艺进行了分析与研究。认为等温淬火在满足阀片强度要求的同时,避免了低温回火脆性,减少了淬火时产生的内应力和变形。提出了采用等温淬火获得(B下+M)复合组织,能进一步提高材料的强韧性。文中还指出离子渗氮能提高阀片疲劳强度和耐磨性,这对提高阀片寿命是很有利的。
In accordance with the work ing character of the circular valve of the piston-compressor,the paper deals with the analysis and study on the heat treatmen t process.The author thin ks that when the sustemper meets the standard needs of the strength of the circular valve,it will prevents low temperature temper brittleness and relieves the internal stress and distortion while it hardens.If the mixture organization(B+M)is obtained from the adoption of austem per,the strength toughness of the material will be farther improved.It is also pointed out in this paper that the fatigue strength and the scuffing resistance of the valve can be improved by ionItriding which is very beneficial to im prove the life time of the valve。
