摘要
最大可关断阳极电流标志着可关断晶闸管(GTO)的最大阳极电流关断能力和反向偏置安全区的电流极限值.尖峰电压的变化量随阳极可关断电流增加而近似线性地减小。
The maximum turn off anode current marks the turn-off ability of the maximum anode current of the gate turn off thyristor(GTO)and the limit current value of the reverse bias safe region. The spike voltage decreases approximately linearly with the increase of theanode turn off current.By using this characteristic the limit value of the turn off ability of theGTO current can be identified.
