摘要
石墨电极的品种、产量和质量主要受电弧炉炼钢技术的制约,随着大炉容AC(交流)电弧炉和DC(直流)电弧炉技术的进步,促使石墨电极向大规格、高功率和超高功率的方向发展。以针状焦作原料,采用容器焙烧、高压浸渍,内串石墨化和专用组合机床加工等新工艺,是生产高品质电极的可靠技术保障。
Abstract The kinds,quantities and quality of graphite electrodes are restricted principally by the steelmaking technology.Owing to the technical improvement of AC electric-are furnace and DC electric are furnace with high-capacity,graphite electrodes have been developing toward the direetion of large-specification HP and UHP.It is the use of needle coke as raw material and new technologies,e.g.vessel baking,high-pressure impregnanting longitudinal wise graphitizing and special combining of machine tools etc that is the reliable technology guarantee of the high-quality electrodes.
