柔性石墨复合板压缩回弹特性影响因素研究 被引量:1

STUDIES ON SOME FACTORS INFLUENCING COMPRESSION-RESILIENCE PROPERTIES OF FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE COMPOSITE SHEETS

摘要 本文研究了压缩应力、柔性石墨面板的密度以及金属冲剌板尺寸参数对柔性石墨复合板压缩回弹特性的影响,结果表明:1)当压缩应力增加时,复合板压缩率随之线性增加.而回弹性则线性减少;2)柔性石墨面板密度约小于1.5g/cm3时,复合板压缩回弹特性与柔性石墨板材相似,主要受面板密度的影响;面板密度约在1.5g/cm3以上时复合板压缩回弹特性主要受冲剌板的影响,而不受面板密度影响;降低冲剌板厚度和冲剌高度可适当提高复合板的压缩率,降低回弹率;改善了压缩率与回弹率的相互配合。 Abstract The effects of compressivestress, th edensity of flexible graphite sheets ;and the size parameters of thorny metal pates on compression-resilience properties of flexible graphite composite sheets have been studied.The results showed that: (1)As compressive stress increases,compression ratio of composite sheets increases linarly,but resilience ratio decreases linarly; (2) If the density of flexibe graphite face sheets is approximately less than 1. 5g/cm ̄3,compression-resilience of composite sheets is similar to that of flexible graphite sheets,and mainly influenced by the density of face sheets. However, if the density of face sheets is more than 1 . 5g/cm ̄3 ,comprossion-resilience of composite sheets is dominated by thorny metal plate, and not effected by the density of face sheets. (3) Reducing the thickness of thorny plate and height of the thorns can enhance compression ratio and reduce resilience ratio in some extent, so improve the matching of compression ratio and resilience ratio.
