摘要
钒酸铵或钼酸铵可跟酒石酸一起作为浸渍剂,以制备ASVT或ASMT惠特莱特炭。二者必须于300~350℃范围内和少氧气氛里活化。虽然其起始氯化氰防护时间较短,但有加速陈化试验所证实,其陈化性质远优于ASC惠特莱特炭,二者比活性分别是2.6—3.4min/h和2.0~2.3min/h,而ASC惠特莱特炭则仅1.5min/h。
Abstract:Ammorlium vanadate or ammonium molybdenum may be used asimpregnants with tartaric abid for prepared ASVT or ASMT Whetlerite .The activation of the two Whetlerites should be carried out at 300--350℃ and in an atmosphere of rare oxygen.Though the initial cyanogen chloride service life are comparatively short,the ageing property of both is much better than that of ASC Whetlerite,as demonstrated by the accellerated ageing test The specific activity is 2.6--3.4min/h for ASVT Whetlerite and 2.0-2.3min/h for AS MT Whetlerite, whereas that is only 1.5min/h for ASC Whetlerite .
