摘要
Cr10Ni5W10Mo5V是以铁素体和奥氏体为基体的双相热作模具钢,适合于700~800℃范围内使用。在使用过程中新相的析出,元素的扩散和马氏体相变的发生,使其能进一步得到强化。本文利用透射电子显微镜对其显微组织作了较细的观察和分析,为该钢的进一步开发利用提供了一些有用的数据。
Cr10Ni5W10Mo5V is a ferritiic-austenitic hot-work steel and is suitable for work ing in the temperalure ratige of 700~800℃. In the course of the use it can be strengthened further by precipitation of new phasse,dispersion of alloy ele-ments and occurrence of maftensite transformation.This paper gives some useful data fof the further development and application of the steel through observing and analysing its microstructure by means of TEM.
