摘要
介绍了仪器化冲击仪的实验装置及基本工作原理.仪器化冲击仪除了能给出普通冲击仪所给出的总能量外,还能记录下载荷一时间(F(t)—t)曲线及能量一时间(E(t)—t)曲线,可以得到许多有用的描写断裂行为的参数如最大载荷F_(?),裂纹起始能E_i,裂纹扩展能E_p,及初度参数DI等,同时还可以对断裂过程进行分析研究,由此说明仪器化冲击仪在理论研究中将起到很重要的作用.
An introduction to instrumented impact tester and its principle of operation is given in this paper. Load-time curve and energy-time curve,as well as the total energy recorded by common impact tester,could be recorded by instrumented impact tester, providing us with parameters about polymer fracture behavior, such as the maximum load, fracture initiation energy , fracture propagation energy and ductility index, and the fracture process of the polymer could also be studied by means of instrumented impact tester,which shows the tester would play a positive role in theoretical research.
