摘要
通过对污泥好氧消化处理中不同曝气方式、不同初始污泥浓度及不同温度对消化效果的影响及消化过程中污泥的OUR、SV(SI)和NH_4 ̄+-H等指标变化规律的考察研究,确定了最优的运行工艺条件。研究表明,在最优运行条件下,不同曝气方式的消化效果差别不大,且断续曝气对TVS的去除率可达50%左右(30℃,7~9天)。因而断续曝气与连续曝气相比,具有良好的节能效果,在一定条件下采用此种曝气方式是可行的。
Based on the investigation into the TVS remotion efficiency and the changes of such parameters as OUR, SV (SI) an4 during aerobic digestion processes of different aeration manner, initial sludge concentration and digestion temperature, this study determines tho optimized aerobic digestion operational conditions. The results show that there is not big difference for the TVS removal efficiency between continuous aeration and intermittent aeration under the optimized conditions, and the TVS removal of the latter manner can reach about 50%(30℃, 7~9 days). Therefore, the aerobic digestion of activated sludge in the intermittent aeration manner is of good effect of energy-saving with respect to continuous aeration manner and the application of intermittent aeration to the activated sludge digestion is feasible.
