摘要
采用离子交换法制备了C_u(Ⅱ)-13x型分子筛,在250~300℃及14~140kPa下,用纯一氧化碳将C_u(Ⅱ)-13x分子筛还原成C_u(Ⅰ)-13x型固体吸附剂。用静态法测定了一氧化碳、氮气等单组分吸附等温线,用流动法测定了一氧化碳和氮在不同组成下的混合物吸附平衡数据。根据络合吸附和物理吸附具有加和性的规则,提出了一个同时考虑络合吸附和物理吸附的吸附平衡模型,此模型能很好地关联其实验结果。
Ion exchange method was used to prepare the Cu (Ⅱ) zeolite then the Cu (Ⅱ) zeolite was reduced to Cu (Ⅰ) zeolite by pure carbon monoxide in the temperature range of 250—300℃ and 14-140kPa.The static volumetric method was used to measure the single component adsorption equilibrium data of carbon monoxide and nitro gen on Cu (Ⅰ) zeolite, respectively, The dynamic method was used to measure the adsorption equilibrium data of the mix ed gas of csrbon monoxide and nitrogen on Cu (Ⅰ) zeolite.An adsorption equilibrium model including both complex adsorption and physical adsorption was proposed, which can be well corre lated with the experimental data.
