摘要
本文用非平衡热力学的观点讨论了吸收型双稳态输出,并认为双稳产生于熵产生导致的流经整个系统的自发流(能量流、电极化流);且Curie和Prigogine的对称性原理控制了流的耦合程度。在热力学基础上导出了一组Maxwell-Bloch方程,并由此得出了在共振吸收时的双稳输出方程和双稳输出条件,最后把这些结果与传统动力学的结果进行了比较,并发现它之间符合较好。
In this paper absorptive bistable output is discussed in terms of the noneguilibrium thermodynamics (production of bistability results from the entropy creating spontaneous flows of energy and polarization through the system). The symmetry principle of Curie and Prigogine determines how much flows are coupled with each other. By means of thermodynamic law a set of Maxwell-Bloch equations are derived. Thus, this leads to the equation of bistable output and the condition for bistable output in the resonace. At last, the results of thermodyamic mode are in good accord with those of traditional dynamic mode.
