摘要
W6M05Cr4V2钢凸模冷挤压活塞销的工作条件主要是大压小拉的循环应力,弯曲应力和脱模拉应力的叠加。本文采用TEM进行断口分析,证明了凸模的疲劳断袭失效,并提出了延长凸模使用寿命的措施。
The working condition of cold extrusion convexity die of piston pin made of W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel mainly is alternate of large compression-and-small tension stress, combinning stress of bending and pulling to disengage the die from the piston pin, TEM fracture morphology has shown the failure of cold extrusion convexity die is caused by fatigue. The author had been point out the measures to inesrase die's service life.
