摘要
我院自1987年8月至1989年5月应用不粘型内敷料与聚乙烯吡咯酮碘(碘伏;PVP-I)包扎治疗浅度烧伤创面71例,效果良好,报告如下。临床资料浅度烧伤病人71例,男42例,女29例,年龄最大79岁,最小2岁,平均33岁。浅度烧伤面积最大40%,最小1%,平均8%。其中6例伤后创面院外早期感染,余均为新鲜烧伤创面。
Up to now many researches have shown that hydrophobic dressing leads to fas-ter epithelial growth of wound than hydrophlic dressing,Banbaging treatment forsuperficial burn can heal the wound quicker than exposure therapy.In this groupa new method of non-sticky inside bressing with PVP-I was used to treat superficalburn in 71 cases,the result was satisfactory.The wound could be healed in expectedphysiological healing time.
