摘要
分析了ＧＣ２８８Ｓ倍捻机成形机构的结构和工作原理。成形机构采用等速导丝运动规律的圆柱凸轮使丝线成形，并设计安装有变幅机构和变频机构，前者使卷绕筒子形成双锥度形状，后者起到丝条防叠作用。
Analyses the composition and working principle of the building motion of double twister GC288S. The motion consists of builder cam effecting constant speed yarn feed and an amplitude changer with a frequency changer. The former promotes a double-tapered cone, while the latter prevents yarns from overlapping.
