摘要
本文回顾性总结了10例急性白血病并发成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床表现、诱发因素、转归、治疗并重点讨论了急性白血病与 ARDS 间的关系。根据本文材料,急性白血病 ARDS 的发生率为3.23%;未证实 ARDS 与白血细胞增高的相关性。本病预后极差,绝大多数(8/10)病人短期内死于急性呼衰,两例因大剂量皮质激素突击治疗而缓解,此方法值得进一步观察评价。
Ten cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia(ANLL)associated with adult res-piratory distress syndrome(ARDS)were reported with emphasis on its clinical fea-ture,prognosis and connection between acute leukemia and ARDS.The incidence ofARDS during the course of acute leukemia was 3.23%.No correlation between theonset of ARDS and leukocytosis was found.The prognosis was extremely poor.Mostpatients in this series(8/10)died of acute respiratory failure shortly after ARDS.Only two cases achieved remission by using high-dose corticosterone.It was suggestedthat the regime of high-dose for ARDS should be practiced.and evaluated continuouslyin the future.
