摘要
长春市双阳水泥厂是天津水泥工业设计研究院承担监理、设计和调试的第５条国产化２０００ｔ／ｄ熟料新型干法生产线。在调试期间天津院与建设单位、安装单位紧密配合，仅用６个半月时间，完成调试和达标工作。工程提前两个月建成投产。本文介绍了调试过程中出现的主要问题和解决方法，对国产化２０００ｔ／ｄ生产线今后的建设和发展提出了看法和意见。
Cement Plant is a plant equipped with a 2000t/d new dry processproduction line which is the fifih line with local made equiment.Tianjin Cement Industry Designand Research Institute takes the responsibility of supervising, designing and test-running。 Duringthe commissioning period,thanks to the close cooperation between Tianjin Cement Institute and re-lated constructing and erecting companies,it takes only six and half months to achicve the ratedcapocity,and consequently the procject is complated two months ahead of the schedule.This paperdiscusses the problems and their solution happened during commissioning.Suggestion have alsobeen made for future construction of the 2000t/d new dry process production line.
