天湖水电站高压引水洞堵头灌浆工程简介

摘要 天湖水电站为一高水头引水式发电站,设计水头1074m.平洞内高压堵头长40m,承受静水头617m,最大工作水头679m,是压力引水洞的关键工程.为了保证高压堵头安全运行,采取了一系列灌浆措施:按目的的不同.包括固结灌浆、帷幕灌浆和接触灌浆;按灌注材料的不同,包括水泥灌浆、化学灌浆等.经过各种灌浆处理后,满足了设计要求,保证了电站按时输水发电。 Tianhu hydro-power station is a high water head diversion type hydro power station.The design head is 1074m. The plug in tunnel is 40m long,the static head affecting on it is 617m,the maximum work head is 679m. To ensure its work safety,a series of grouting measures have been taken. According to the differences of goal,the measures include consolidation grouting,cudrin grouting and contact grouting. On the basis of material,the measures include cement grouting,chemical grouting, etc.
