摘要
本文报告用蜡烛缸平皿法培养恶性疟原虫配子体,对云南分离的FccBH1/YN和FccMD1两株进行培养获得成功,两株分别在4d和1d出现配子体,16d和10d达高峰.最高密度分别为135和123/10000RBC,V期配子体最高密度为20和30/10000RBC,平均8.3和4.3/10000RBC.雌雄配子体比例为9:1和5:1,雄配子体可见出丝1—6条,表明配子体已达到成熟阶段,为国内首次报道.
Continuous culture of two isolates of Plasmodium falciparum collected from two malaria patientes in Yunnan was earned out with the established candle jar method. Young gametocyte first appeared on day 4 or 1 and the gametocytes peaked on day 16 or 10. The peak gametocytes parasitemia reached 135 and 123/10000 RBC respectively for two isolates. The highest density of matured gametocytes was 20 and 13/10000 RBC and the ratio between macrogamete and microgamete was 9: 1-5: 1. Rounded microgametes with 1-6 flagella were clearly seen indicating gametocytes attained to sexual maturity. But experimental infection of An. dirus and An. minimus with the viable cultured parasites was unsuccessful.
