摘要
活化甲苯分子的形成及达到产耗动态平衡是导致HZSM-5沸石在甲苯乙基化反应中产生"诱导期"并影响其"诱导期"长短的主要因素。甲苯预处理除了调变HZSM-5沸石的酸性分布而外,还使其表面上活化甲苯分子数量增多。这不仅缩短了HZSM-5沸石在甲苯乙基化反应中的"诱导期",而且使HZSM-5沸石催化剂的活性有了明显的提高。
A period of time needed for active toluene molecular to reach their dynamic equilibrium between formation and consumption is found to be the main factor that causes and affects the length of "induction period" in toluene ethylation over HZSM-5 zeolites. Besides modifying the acid strength distribution of HZSM-5 zeolites, toluene pretreatment increases the amount of activated toluene on HZSM-5, so that the induction period is shortened and the reactivity of the catalyst for the ethylation of toluen is enhanced.
