摘要
ＪＨ－０１颗粒白土是采用优质的膨润土矿和特定的预处理工艺加工而成的。该产品的特点是耐水性能好，吸附容量高，颗粒强度大，在各种油品的脱烯烃和喷气燃料脱色的工业应用中已取得了较好的效果。本工作采用Ｘ射线衍射和红外光谱等方法着重研究了膨润土在酸化和焙烧过程中各种物性的变化规律。结果证明，随着酸浓度和酸化时间的增长，比表面积和孔容增大，而过度地酸化会使膨润土结构遭到破坏，一般以１５Ｗ％的硫酸、酸化４～６ｈ为宜。焙烧可提高颗粒强度，但温度超过３５０℃时，比表面积和孔容下降，吸附性能变差。
The granular activated clay JH-01 is prepared by special pretreatment of premium bentonite ore.This product is water-resistant and has high adsorptive capacity and high crushing strength.Good results have been obtained by using JH-01 for define removal from various oil products and decolorization of jet fuels. In this work the pattern of change of bentonite physical property during acidification and calcination processes was investigated by means of XRD and IR. The results showed that the specific area and pore volume were enhanced with increasing acid concentration and acidification time. Excessive acidification treatment would destroy the structure of bentonite. The proper sulfuric acid concentration and acidification time were found to be 15w% and 4～6 hours,respectively. Calcination increases the strength of the grains,but with temperature higher than 350℃,the specific area,pore volume and adsorptive capacity will decrease.
