Based on 6-lump physical model of light fuel oil catalytic cracking reaction,two types of physical model consisting of five lumping species are proposed. Through experiments,the rate constants in these reaction networks are determined by the use of a parameter estimation method.This work points out that 5-lump reaction kinetic model consisting of seven rate constants can simulate experimental yields,well predict the product distribution over a wide range of reaction conditions and agree with the laws of catalytic cracking reactions.The feedstock analysis required by the model is simple.Through this work,a good lumping scheme is proposed for the investigation of catalytic cracking reaction kinetic model.
