摘要
总结了兰州炼油化工总厂加工新疆高含酸原油所遇到的一系列问题，和针对这些问题所采取的措施。如，加强原油信息的收集与分析，改进原油电脱盐工艺和中间馏分的精制工艺；对各减压馏分油分别进行碱洗预脱酸和预加氢精制；更换润滑油溶剂精制的溶剂；新疆、青海原油混炼；探索润滑油生产中间质量控制的新方法，调整润滑油产品配方；摸索设备腐蚀规律和防腐方法等。目前，这些方法都收到了良好的效果，使问题基本得到解决。
This paper summarizes the problems encountered during the processing of high acid content Xinjiang crude oil in Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex and their countermeasures including: enforcement of crude oil information and analysis, modification of crude oil desalting and middle distilate treating,adoption of caustic pre-deacidification or pre-hydrotreating for various vacuum distilate streams,changing sulvent for lube stock extraction, co-processing of Xinjiang and Qinghai crude oils, adoption of new quality control method for lube oil intermediates and adjustment of lube product formulations, and investigation of equipment corrosion rules and adoption of anti-corrosion steps. These measures have received good results and thus basically solved the problems.
