摘要
在基于确定型钻井模式建立的钻井参数优化数学模型中,没有考虑钻进过程中的随机影响因素,因而具有一定的局限性.本文基于随机钻井模式,建立了钻并参数可靠性优化数学模型。该模型给出的钻进方案具有最大的可靠度。这意味着钻井过程将会以最大的可靠概率被完成。自1989年以来,此项优化技术在大庆油田进行了广泛的应用,使平均机械钻速提高3]%左右,平均每米钻井成本降低7.3%。
The drilling optimhation mathematical model based on the determinate drilling model has its cer-tein limitations due to the stochastic affect which has not taken into consideration, so the dril1ing relia-bility optimhation mathematical model is established on the basis of stoch4stic drilling model. Thedrilling program designed by referrence to this model provides with maalmum reliabi1ity. This meansthe drilling operation can be accomplished under the maximum probability of reliability. Since 1989,this technique has been widely used in Daqins oil field, resulting in the average increase of drillins rateof 30% a'nd averase decreae of drilling cost per meter of 7. 5 %.
