摘要
介绍了我国首创的数控抽油机结构,分析了它的运动规律,并经过现场测试和数据处理验证了这种运动规律。还介绍了数控抽油机井的抽油杆柱优化设计,解决了数控抽油井的上边界条件,并用各级杆顶部截面应力范围比相等条件进行了优化设计,经诊断软件验证,杆柱优化设计软件是可靠的。
The author introduces the design feature of a recently-developed numerical control pumping unit, analyzes the motion law of the unit, and verifies it by field test and data processing. The author also introduces the optimun design of the sucker rod string for numerical control pumping holes, solves the upper boundary condition of the holes, and optimizes the rod string according to the condition of equal stress range ratio of the rod top cross-section.
