摘要
上海金桥出口加工区的地下水位高、雨季降水量大,对埋地敷设的高温蒸汽管道的防腐保温结构提出很高的要求。在无工程先例可借鉴和无设计施工规范可循的条件下,首次进行了大规模工业化试验──1.6km供热(250℃蒸汽)管道埋地敷设工程。本文全面总结了该工程防腐保温结构的设计与施工,为今后埋地供热管道建设提供了重要数据和借鉴经验。
In Jinqiao area Shanghai, the underground water is high and there are heavy rains in rainy season, therefore anticorrosion and thermal insulation structures for the pipelines in this area are strictly required. Under the conditions that there is no previous example on buried steam pipeline,and there is no design and construction codes to be followed, an industrilized large scale test was conducted-to bury a 1.6km heat suppiying pipeline (steam of 250℃ in temperature). This paper summarizes the design and construction of the anticorrosion and thermal insulation structrues for this project which will give experiences and important data for the construction of buried heat supplying pipelines in the future
