摘要
桩基础承载力随着时间推移呈逐渐增大的趋势，这就是桩基承载力的时间效应。本文列举了软粘土地基中单桩、群桩及砂土地基中桩基承载力时效的若干典型实例，介绍了桩基承载力时效机理，综述了国内外的研究现状及趋向，并提出建议。
The time effect of the bearing load of column foundation is that the bearing load increases with the lapse of time.This paper illustrates a few typical examples on the time effect of the bearing load of single and group columns in soft clay foundation,and of the column foundation in sandy soil.It also introduces the time effect mechanism of the bearing load of column foundation and gives out some proposals for the quantitative studies on the time effect of above mentioned bearing load
