内皮素对培养幼大鼠子宫内膜的血管效应 被引量:2

摘要 木文为证实在体外培养条件下内皮素对幼鼠子宫内膜血管收缩效应以及Captopril抑制内皮素的作用,并且与临床相关药剂加以比较。实验分六组,分别加:内皮素-1、前列腺素F2α、Captopril、消炎痛以及内皮素加Captopril至培液中。对照组只加佐剂。培养的组织块经制片和超薄切片、染色,在光镜与电镜下观察。同时进行图象分析测定内膜血管的直径和管腔面积以显示血管的收缩状态。结果显示培养4h内皮素收缩血管效应明显,前列腺素与其相似。Captopril有抑制内皮素缩血管效应。培养8h缩血管效应减弱,培养24h其效应基本消失。 The purpose of this paper was to confirm that the effect of vessel which was ET constricting and Captopril-inhibiting contraction was in the immature rat endometrium in vitro.The results revealed that alone ET 10-7mol/L or PGF 2αwith same dose induced the contraction of endmetrial vessels. The role of ET-constricting was inhibited by treatment with Captopril. This activity of ET and Captoril was marked in endometrial culture for 4 hours than 8or 24hours.
