摘要
用崔道珊等构建的噬菌体T7溶菌酶工程菌株,培养物经超声破碎和DE52,CM52柱层析纯化,我们得到电泳纯的T7溶菌酶,分子量为17000,最适反应pH为8.0.其热稳定性欠佳,保温37℃,5min即丧失酶活2l%。
he culture solution of recombinant strains oflysozyme was treated by ultrasonic wave, puri-fied by DE52 chromatography and CM52 chro-matography. a polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis pure T7 lysozyme of Mr 17000 wasobtained. the optimal react PH is 8. 0, 21% oftotal enzyme activity lost at 37℃ in 5 min.
