摘要
本文研究了在酸性介质中,硫酸根与铬酸钡进行交换反应,置换出定量的重铬酸,借助于碘淀粉蓝光度法间接测定微量硫酸根的方法。本法操作比较简单,灵敏度和准确度高,重现性好,线性范围较宽,硫酸根在8~80μg/50ml 符合比尔定律,摩尔吸光系数为4×10~4l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).适用于微量硫酸根杂质及能转化为硫酸盐的微量有机硫含量的测定。
In this paper,the micro-amount determination of SO_4^(2-) is studied af- ter the exchange reaction between the SO_4^(2-) and BaCrO_4,an equvilent wei- ght of H_2Cr_2O_7 in acid medium is obtained and determined with blue light of iodized starch method indirectly by spectrophotometry.This method is rapid,sensitive,reprodueible,and Simpler than that of turbidimetry and other spectrophotometric methods. Beer's law is obeyed for the linear range 8—80 ug of SO_4^(2-) per 50ml. It is suitable for the determination of SO_4^(2-) in water and in other pure chemicals.From the elementary experiment evidence,it is also possible to determine the organic sulfides(COS,CS_2)in water gas,if the organic sulfides hydrolyze firstly and transfer the S^(2-) into SO_4^(2-)
