摘要
初花期和鼓粒期干旱处理对早熟和晚熟大豆品种植株生长发育造成的不利影响是叶面积变小,根系生长受阻,根系活力降低,叶片相对电导率增大,叶温升高,叶绿素含量和比叶重都有所降低,因而减弱了大豆的光合生产能力,最终导致生物产量和籽粒产量下降.
The influence of drought at the flowering and podding stages on the development of plant and the yield were studied with early-maturing and late-matering soybeans.The results showed that the drought at both stages could reduce the leaf auea, the activity of root, the chlorophyll and the specific leaf weight,and increase the conductivity of cell membrane and the leaf temperature. All these changes of physiological parameters would decrese the biological yield and the seed yield of soybeans.
