摘要
研究了不同成份的铝镁合金在中温和不同应力作用下的动态应变时效,并阐述了动态应变时效在循环蠕变中的作用。指出:中温循环蠕变时,铝镁合金有周期性应变突发出现,且在一定温度和应力范围内,其温度范围与镁含量有关。最后用动态应变时效理论对电镜观察到的中温蠕变应变突发现象给以了解释。
The application of dynamic strain ageing during cycling creep of Al-Mn alloys ,consisting of various compositions,is studied at the middle temperature in this paper.When the Al-Mnalloys is crept cyclically at the middle temperature ,the periodic strain abruptly appears in a certain temperature and stress ranges referred to Mg contents.Eventually,the phenomenonthat the cyding creep abruptly appears may be explained by the theory of the dynamic strainageing by means of the examination of the TEM.
