摘要
本文叙述了采用二种不同性能的钛带,二种不同的氮气保护方式和三种不同的焊接工艺参数在φ8~40意大利引进焊接机组上焊制小25×0.7×9179mm钛焊管的室温拉伸性能和工艺性能。并给出了采用优选工艺所制造的钛焊管的各项检验和试验数据和照片。结果表明,上钢五厂研制成的国内首批0.7mm钛焊管质量达到了美国ASTMB338-83标准和在沙角电厂20万 发电机组冷凝器上插管提出的试验要求。文中还列出了经过二年半装机运行后对本批研制钛管重新检验的各项结果。
The room temperature stretching characters and processing properties of 25×0.7×9177 mm welding Ti-pipe welded on bonding machine imported from Italy with Ti-strips of two different properties,argon shield by two different ways and technological parameters of three different kinds are related in this Paper. The inspection-experimental data and photos of welding Ti-pipe produced with optimized technology are given. Results show that the quality of the first domestic lot of 0.7mm welding Ti-pipes prepared by Shanghai No.5 Steel and Iron Factory reaches the ASTMB 338-83 standard of U.S. and the requirements posed for the inserting pipe of the condenser of the electric generator set in Shajiao electric station. The results of reexamination of Ti-pipe of this lot after a run of 3.5 years are listed in this paper also.
