摘要
上海环境信息系统是为环境管理、决策提供科学化、定量化服务的信息系统。简要介绍了它的建设规划和总体目标。上海环境信息系统由代码和标准、图形信息、环境质量、污染源、环境管理、计划支持和环境预测决策等7个控制子系统组成,实施计划分三步走。1991～1993年,基本建成环境基本信息库。1994～1997年,基本建成环境管理信息库。1998～2000年,基本建成环境决策支持系统。同时,还就环境信息系统建设中的若干问题进行了探讨。
Environmental information system is to provide service to environmental management, decision scientifically and quantitatively. In this article, brief introduction of construction programming and master goal were presented. Shanghai environmental information system consists of code and standard, graphic information, environmental quality, pollution sources, planning supporter and environmental prediction and decision etc. . Implementing plan may be divided into three steps: the year of 1991 - 1993, to establish basic environmental data base, 1994 - 1997, to establish environmental management information base, 1998-2000, to establish basic environmental decision support system. At the same time to consider the problems which may be issued after the system have been constructed.
