摘要
应用经典的金相法并配以电子探针分析了一炉4J38精密合金的缺陷成因,结果表明:该炉4J38锻造开裂是由于低熔点含Se硫化合物沿柱状晶界面析出之故。
This papar has analysed the cause for forging crack of a heat ot 4J33 alloy containing Se using meiallograghic examination and electron probe method.The results show that forging crack for the heat of 4J38 alloy is caured by low melting point Secontaining sulphide precipitated along interface between columnar grains.
