摘要
本文主要报道热压Pr(Nd)-Fe-B-Cu铸造合金显微组织和磁性能的研究结果。Pr-Fe-B-Cu铸造合金经热压工艺和高温退火处理后,获得较好的永磁特性:Br=0.93T,iHc=712KA/m,bHc=560KA/m,(BH)_(max)=160KJ/m^3。形变再取向和边界微晶相是改善Pr-Fe-B-Cu铸造合金永磁特性的根本原因。
The magnetic properties and microstructure of hot pressed Pr(Nd)-Fe-B-Cu cast alloy have been investigated. The better permanent magnetic properties of cast Pr(Nd)-Fe-B-Cu alloy at high temperature are as follows: Br=0.93(T), iHc=712KA/m, bHc=560KA/m, (BH)max= 160KJ/m3. The improvement of magnetic properties of cast Pr(Nd)-Fe-B-Cu alloy is basically due to magnetic reorieatation daring deforming and microcrystal phase on its boundary.
