摘要 本文叙述了微量碱土金属元素Ba、Ca、Mg掺入钼中后,不同压下量、退火温度和退火时间对晶粒长大行为的影响。试验表明:当压下量超过80%以后,平均粒径急剧增大;随着退火温度的升高,平均粒径增大,但远较纯钼小,而退火温度超过2050℃时,平均粒径开始急剧增大,纯钼则趋于缓和;增加退火的保温时间,平均粒径没有明显的增大。 This paper describes the effects of different reduction, annealing tem perature and time on grain growth behavior of molybdenum doped with minor alcaline-earth metal elements Ba, Ca, Mg. The following test results for doped molybdenum were obtained (1) when reduction exceeds 80%, AGD (average grain diameter) increases rapidly, (2) AGD increases with increasing annealing temperature, being much smaller than that of pure molybdenum at the same annealing temperature. When the annealing temperature exceeds 2050℃, AGD starts to increases rapidly, but grain growth of pure molybdenum tends to moderate; (3) AGD doesn't increase obviously with increasing annealing time.
