摘要
经腹腔注射适量人参皂甙后,小白鼠皮下结缔组织內巨噬细胞的数目增多,机能活跃及酸性磷酸酶、细胞色素氧化酶与琥珀酸脱氢酶活性增强。
The effects of ginsenosides on macrophages in the subcutaneous connective tissue in mice was reported. The experimental results showed that different doses of ginsenosides had different effects, but no linear parallel relationship between the dosage and the effect was seen. Suitable dosage of ginsenosides exerted an obvious effect in increasing the number of macrophages, in the activity of acid phosphatase, cytocbrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase; however, such obvious effect was not seen with too large doses of ginsenosides.
