摘要
本义总结了用糖适平治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病３２例的疗效观察。结果表明，糖适平是一种有效的降血糖药。空腹血糖、餐后２ｈ血糖、２４ｈ尿糖定量及醣化血红蛋白（ＨｂＡ１）治疗前后有显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。并作了糖适平剂量与血糖的相关性（Ｐ＜０．０１），与优降糖剂量作了比较。在治疗中未发现副作用，证明农药是安全可靠有效的。
