摘要
本文介绍了测量单色仪光谱透过率T(λ)～λ曲线的一种新方法.作为实例,对国产全息光栅单色仪进行了测量,得到的结果可以说明方法的准确和高效.
A new method for measuring the spectral transmittance curveof monochromators T(λ)～λ was introduced and the spectral transmittanceof domestic holographic grating monochromators was measured.The experimentalresults showed the accuracy and efficiency of this new method.
