摘要
该院在护理质量管理实践中，通过确定质控方案、明确质控范围及要求、预期组织实施、定期检查评比、及时评价反馈、结果张榜公布、奖优罚劣等一系列做法，强化了人们的竞争意识，充分发挥了护理质量管理效能，提高了护理质量。并提出了在＂质控体系＂运转中应注意的几个问题。
In the practice of nursing quality administration the hospital took a series of measures, such as formulation of a plan of quality control, definition scope and requests of quality control, method for implementation, regular check and evaluation, immediate feedback of the evaluation, publication evaluation results and establishment of reward and punishment system. These measures strengthened nurses, competitive thought and improved the nursing quality. The author pointed out several problems about the system in the practice.
