摘要
合成了9-(N~4'-苯基-乙醛缩氨基硫脲)腺嘌呤(L_1)和9-(N~4'-苄基-乙醛缩氨基硫脲)腺嘌呤(L_2),并测定其与过渡金属离子Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的组成、摩尔吸收系数和稳定常数。结果表明,Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)与配体L_1和L_2均形成1;3配合物;Cu(Ⅱ)与L_1以1:3形式配合,与L_2则形成1:1的配合物。
We synthesized two new ligands, 9-(N4′-phenylacetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) adenine(L_1) and 9-(N4′, -benzyl acetaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) adenine (L_2), and determined the composition coefficient of mole absorption and stability constant of their coordination compounds with Co(Ⅱ) , Ni (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) .The results showed that Co (Ⅱ) ,Ni (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) form 1 : 3 coordination compounds with L_1 and so do L_2 with Co (Ⅱ) and Ni (Ⅱ), but Cu(Ⅱ) form 1:1 coordination compound with L_2. The sequence of stability of coordination compound was Co (Ⅱ) <Ni (Ⅱ)> Cu (Ⅱ) .
